My name is Randy Meredith, I work at Spring Arbor University as the Director of eLearning. I am interested in exploring innovative methods for making online education more effective.

I am also a doctoral student, pursuing a terminal degree in distance education at Regent University. I have a strong interest in hybrid/blended learning models and course design. Podcasting and RSS have potential to play a strong role in this design model.
